485: Everyone looks up, and the smoke suddenly turns into a very thin Ma-jin Buu, and it stares down at its fat counterpart. Because of the great anger Buu felt, the evil inside it grew tremendously, and now there are two Buus: an evil one and an innocent one. Thin Buu flies off towards the sniper, and then blows the shit out of him and the surrounding landscape. Satan looks on in fear, and then Thin Buu runs up to Fat Buu and they start duking it out, and Thin Buu looks to have the advantage. The good Buu had no chance, since most of the power went to the evil one when they split. Then, Fat Buu tries to change Thin Buu into chocolate, and Thin Buu just blows the spell back its way, and Fat Buu is turned to chocolate. Thin Buu picks it up and eats it, and then starts to transform. Piccolo looks down in horror, and...the transformation is complete. We now have an average sized Buu, neither fat nor thin: Super Buu. Satan wonders about this, and then Buu suddenly screams out, causing the Earth below it to shatter. Piccolo looks shocked, and Satan and the puppy are blown aside, and Buu just smirks.

486: Buu stands over the cracked ground, and Piccolo and Dende are horrified as they watch from above. Kuririn asks Piccolo what's up, and he explains that because of some stupid humans, Buu's become stronger, and more evil, not to mention a better fighter. Kuririn says it can't be that bad, Gokuu said the little dudes would fuse into the strongest fighter in the universe, and Piccolo says he hopes so. On Kaioushin Kai, meanwhile, Gokuu and everyone can feel how much Buu's ki has risen, and Gohan asks Rou Kaioushin-sama if he can speed it up, or there won't be an Earth left to save. The old man says not to worry, he's doing his best, but Gohan doesn't think so. Meanwhile, Mr. Satan looks over at Buu, and the fat cohort then starts shooting at it. Buu just laughs, as the bullets did nothing, and then it flies inside the cohort's mouth, and causes him to explode. Ugh... Then Buu spots Satan, and flies over to him. Seeing him and the puppy, Buu just flies up, and Satan realizes it must've been scared off by him. Then we see Buu looking down at him, and Satan looks a little scared, then it just says "Satan" and flies off. Satan wonders about it flying off again, and Buu lets out some maniacal laughter before it flies straight up. Dende and Piccolo take notice, and Piccolo screams out that this Buu is able to sense people's kis, and then Buu arrives at the palace of God.

487: Buu looks around, as Piccolo thinks about how they're all gonna die, and Buu then screams to bring him out. Piccolo asks who it's talking about, and Buu says the great opponent it was promised. It wants to kill him soon, and he has to be here, as this's the only place with powerful people. Kuririn and Yamcha worry about how Buu can now sense people's kis, and Buruma and Chi-Chi wonder about all the yelling. Piccolo says he's here, but he's sleeping, and Buu says to wake him up so they can fight. Piccolo says to let him sleep so he'll be at his full power, but Buu says no, it doesn't like waiting. Then Piccolo thinks how they'll just have to wish everyone down on the Earth back with the Dragon Balls, and apologizes to everyone, cause they have to die. Piccolo tells Buu that it said it would kill all of humanity first, and says they can fight after it finishes off the rest of them. So, it goes over towards the edge, and walks around, and then walks up to Piccolo, and lifts its hand straight up. It fires off a huge blast, and it scatters out and flies down towards the Earth. Buu declares that it's killed all the rest of the people, and wants its great opponent now. Piccolo says alright, and says they'll need two, no, one hour to wake him up, and Buu asks how long that is. Piccolo magically creates an hour glass (??), and tells Buu to wait for all the sand to fall down. Buu looks at it, annoyed, and then Piccolo points to Videl, saying Mr. Satan's kid wants it to wait. It says she smells like Satan, so okay, but when the time's up, it's gonna kill everyone, even Satan's kid. Piccolo walks over to Kuririn and tells him to wake up the little dudes and take em to the Room of Spirit and Time, they can get fifteen days of training done in that hour. Kuririn asks why they can't fight now, and Piccolo says no matter how good at Fusion they are, they're nothing against Buu unless they get in some more training. And then we see the little dudes sleeping peacefully. Back down on the Earth, however, there's still some survivors after all. Ten-san (yay!) and Chaozu wonder what's going on, and Satan wonders why someone would shoot off fireworks at a time like this.

488: Kaioushin-sama senses something, and Gokuu asks what, and he says most of the people on Earth were killed, and Gokuu asks if that means the Earth's been destroyed. He says no, the planet's okay, and then wonders what's happened. Gohan looks angry, and asks Rou Kaioushin-sama if he's done yet. He says no, Gohan must have lots of hidden power, and Gohan goes ballistic and tells him to hurry up, and everyone's blown away by his power. Gohan then notices how strong he's gotten, and Rou Kaioushin-sama tells him to sit down and let him finish, and Gokuu realizes the old dude does have power after all. Gokuu asks Kaioushin-sama about the hidden power Rou Kaioushin-sama's releasing, and wonders how much more hidden power Gohan has left. Up at God's palace, meanwhile, Buu stares at the hour glass, and Trunks and Goten notice Buu's changed, and Piccolo says it's not just in appearance alone. Piccolo tells them to hurry to the Room of Spirit and Time, one minute out here is six hours in there. Then Goten notices as Chi-Chi walks up to Buu, and Piccolo wonders why she's being so foolish. She smacks it, and then yells at it for killing her Gohan. Then Buu turns her into an egg, and steps on her. Goten starts to get pissed, and Piccolo yells to control himself, she can be wished back with the Dragon Balls. If Goten defeats Ma-jin Buu, that is, and he can't do that unless he and Trunks gets in the Room of Spirit and Time and trains as hard as possible. Trunks says they'll train hard to kick Buu's ass, and Goten agrees. In the Room of Spirit and Time, Trunks says not to worry, since an hour out there is fifteen days in here. He doesn't like this place, though, all there is to eat is rice and water, and then Goten starts training, and Trunks rushes to do some training too. Piccolo watches Buu from afar, and then Videl goes up to him and asks about how her dad knows Buu. Piccolo explains that while they were trying to fight it, her dad was befriending it, and proof of their friendship is that Satan's the only human alive on the Earth. No matter how much stronger they are, he says, her dad is the true champion of the world. (Heh, couldn't have said it better myself.) Videl finds it hard to believe, and then Buu loses its patience and smashes the hour glass. Piccolo says it hasn't even been a half an hour yet, and then Buu blows a hole straight through the floor, saying it won't wait anymore. Buu yells for him to come out, and Piccolo says he'll lead it to them. Buu follows Piccolo, and Kuririn wonders if Piccolo's gonna have them fight in the Room of Spirit and Time.

489: Piccolo continues leading it to the Room of Spirit and Time as everyone watches from afar. Kuririn wonders why he's gonna have em fight there, and Dende says that if Trunks and Goten lose, at least Ma-jin Buu will be sealed inside that other dimension, and Buruma asks what about the little dudes. Dende says they can just revive them with the Dragon Balls (yeah, but won't they be revived in there?), and Kamesennin says Piccolo's devised the perfect plan. Yamcha says they're taking the long way there, and Kuririn says it's to give the little dudes as much time as possible, since a minute out here is six hours in there. Buu asks if they're there yet, and Piccolo says to be patient, its great opponent is at the bottom, and Buu says they were just going up, and Piccolo says that's the only way. Trunks and Goten, meanwhile, look wore out, and Goten says he can't believe there's something stronger than Super Saiya-jin. Trunks says everyone'll be impressed, and Goten says he's exhausted. Trunks then talks about how "it" has a time limit weakness, and they can only do "it" for five minutes, and then Goten says they'll just transform right off and defeat it. Trunks says that's no fun, they'll first fight Buu to a stalemate in their normal fusion, and the fight'll stretch out since they'll be about even, and everyone'll be worried since Fusion only lasts a half hour. And then when there's only five minutes left, they'll change into that Ultra Super Saiya-jin thing (??) and beat Buu, and Trunks says it sounds cool, and Goten giggles with agreement. Trunks says they'll get revenge for his dad, and Gohan, and Goten's mom, and Goten's excited. Then, Piccolo asks if Trunks and Goten can hear him, he's talking to their hearts, and he says they're gonna have to fight Buu a lot sooner than originally planned, he's taking Buu to them now. Goten says they've just finished a Fusion, but Piccolo says not to worry, it'll be another minute before they get there, so they can rest, a minute is six hours in there, bye. Trunks says six hours is plenty, and Goten says Piccolo'd be real surprised to know they've already finished training. Piccolo asks Buu if it's hungry, and it yells no, hurry up or you'll die. We see the little dudes sleeping inside, and then the two arrive at the door, and Piccolo slowly turns the handle. Buu thinks it's weird in there, and then walks forward to see Goten and Trunks standing apart out in the white stuff. They tell Buu they've been waiting for it, and Piccolo prays for a miracle. Trunks is kinda bummed that Piccolo's gonna be the only spectator. The two of them give Buu the thumbs down, saying it's all over, and Buu can't believe that this is what it's waited for. (It's certainly what Rachel's waited for!) They get ready to start the Fusion dance, and then Buu flies up and attacks Trunks. Trunks yells at Buu for not waiting, and says it looked they were gonna do something great, right? So, it had better stand still and watch this time. Buu says nothing, and then, "Fu..." Piccolo wonders why they don't start as SSJ, "sion...ha!" Piccolo says at least the Fusion was done right, and, dunt duh duh dah! It's Gotenks, and Buu says it remembers him, it beat him up. Gotenks says that won't happen this time, and he's going to show it how much different he is this time, and Piccolo notices that he is a lot stronger, and might actually win. Gotenks charges at it and starts attacking, and then the unreeling Buu asks if it can have a turn now. Gotenks says just a second, and then thinks Buu must be holding back its pain. Piccolo thinks that he probably has no chance at all.

490: Gotenks says he wasn't serious before, and now he's serious. He comes at Buu with an incredible array of attacks: Dynamite Kick! Rolling Thunder Punch! Inoshishi Attack! Power Tackle! Miracle Super Punch! Great Kick Special! Uh... Magnum Sundae! Ultra Missile Parfait! Hyper Plasma Shortcake! Then Buu just knocks him aside, and Piccolo covers his eyes in disbelief. Gotenks tells Buu it's pretty tough, and Buu says it's had enough with this weakling, and so it's going to kill him. Then Gotenks says it has no idea how strong he is, and now it's really pissed him off. Gotenks turns Super Saiya-jin, surprising Piccolo, who didn't know they could do that after Fusion, and Gotenks tries to decide what attack to finish it off with. He's worried he might kill it on the first attack, and then decides to use... Galactica Donut! He forms a little ring of ki and throws it off Kienzan-style, expands it, and then brings it down and encloses it around Buu. He closes it in tighter, and Buu screams, and then says it's just kidding, and breaks free. Gotenks says he meant to do that, and Buu charges at him, and misses him before it kicks him up in the air. Gotenks flies up high, and Buu follows, then kicks him straight down towards the ground and flies down after him. Then Gotenks flies up and smashes their skulls together, and they both touch down and rub their sore heads. Gotenks gives it the finger and says he's gonna use his secret attack, and Piccolo thinks he might actually win this. Gotenks says he worked hard to perfect this, the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack! Gotenks spits out a little smoke thing, and it forms into a ghost. "Hi, I'm a ghost!" And Piccolo's in awe over the kickassness as well.

491: "Ooh, I'm really scary. Here I come, I'm very scary." Buu's speechless, and Piccolo wonders what the hell that attack is. Gotenks yells for the ghost to kill it, and show it the true power of the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack! The ghost rushes at Buu, and when Buu swipes at it, boom! The ghost explodes. Ingenious, yes? Gotenks explains that touching the ghost causes it to explode, and Buu's all gross and melty looking. Piccolo yells to hurry up and finish it, and Gotenks says okay, and performs his next attack: Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack Ten Ghosts At Once! Gotenks spits out ten little ghosts, and tells them to line up as would a drill sergeant. They start bantering, and he tells em all to shut up, and then to count off. Piccolo tells Gotenks to look over at Buu, it's back to normal, reading a magazine and drinking a cream soda, and Gotenks gets mad and says to enjoy the fun while it can. He calls for Buu's attention, and then sends #1 and #2 to attack it. Buu moves at the last second and they crash into each other, and Buu sticks out its tongue, saying it won't fall for that twice. Gotenks calls for a huddle with #'s 3 to 7. They agree on the plan, and then two of em high five each other and blow themselves up. Gotenks gets pissed, and then says for everyone but #10 to go with the plan. They all fly over towards Buu, and then gather around away from it looking down at something, wondering what it could be. They talk about how it might be crap, and Buu leans in to see what it is, then boom! Piccolo says it's a great fight, albeit a silly one, and Buu's really gooey now. Gotenks yells for #10 to fly inside its mouth, and then another boom!

492: Gokuu asks Kaioushin-sama if he notices that Buu's ki is missing, and he says yes, and wonders if it isn't dead. Gokuu says he can't feel the little dudes' kis either, and wonders about it, and then Rou Kaioushin-sama says they're fighting in the dimension of time. Gokuu realizes he must mean the Room of Spirit and Time, and asks if the little dudes were attacked by Buu while they were in there training, but Rou Kaioushin-sama says it was the Namek-sei-jin who led it there, and he doesn't know why. Gokuu doesn't either, and then he tells Kaioushin-sama that Gohan's gotten so powerful, all he has left is his godly status. And Kaioushin-sama agrees, he thinks he's become useless now. Gotenks stands proudly over the yucky little scattered Buu pieces, and Piccolo yells to hurry up and fry them so it can't regenerate. Gotenks obliges, feeling bad about not showing off his real hidden attack, and Piccolo says he did a good job. Then, the smoke gathers, and Buu regenerates. Gotenks says he's really pissed now, and Piccolo says they messed up, and should've destroyed the entrance or something. Piccolo asks if he can use the Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack again, or does he have another secret attack? Gotenks thinks about how he still has the one secret attack, but he'll scare Piccolo first. Gotenks screams out that he's got no more power, and they're all doomed, and then Buu stretches out the thing on its head and starts slamming Gotenks around. After he's free, Gotenks says he's really pissed off, and now he'll show off his hidden attack, and then Piccolo destroys the big house thing at the entrance. Gotenks can't believe it, and Piccolo tells Buu that there's no escape now, no matter how strong it is, and if it kills them, it'll spend the rest of eternity all alone. Buu worries about its precious candy, and Piccolo says there ain't none here. Gotenks (yelling) asks Piccolo why he did that without notice, he still has his hidden attack. Piccolo says he said he'd reached his limit, and Gotenks says it was a joke cause Buu looked so pathetic. Piccolo says it's not time to joke, and calls him an idiot, saying Buu doesn't look pathetic all. Gotenks yells for Piccolo to fix the house, and Piccolo says it can't be fixed, and then suddenly Buu screams, "WHAT?!" And it continues screaming, and it actually causes a dimensional hole to open. Dude, that's an awesome ability...

493: Gotenks asks about the hole, and Piccolo can't believe that Buu was able to open a dimensional hole with just its breath. Gotenks says it's closing up, and Buu quickly squeezes through and the hole seals up behind it, and Gotenks and Piccolo are pissed. Outside, at the palace of God, everyone wonders about the sound they heard. And Gokuu, meanwhile, notices Ma-jin Buu's ki, but not the little dudes, and wants to know what's going on. So, Rou Kaioushin-sama pulls out a little crystal ball and throws it to him, and Gokuu, Kaioushin-sama, and Kibit all look on. Buu slithers itself outta the hole and says that it was just getting hungry, and decides to turn all of them (Buruma, Kuririn, etc) into chocolate. Gokuu looks on in horror, and Gohan asks what's wrong, but Gokuu won't say, as not to distract him. Gokuu thinks how there's no one left to save the Earth, but thinks there's still hope as long as the Dragon Balls're still around. Gotenks and Piccolo try screaming, and Piccolo says it's hopeless, hours have passed in the other world. Gotenks then says he has to use "it", and had wanted to do "it" somewhere better. Piccolo asks what he means, and Gotenks just laughs and says to watch. Gotenks powers up, and some crackly things start to show up, meaning he's surpassing SSJ. His transformation completes, and, Gotenks has gone Super Saiya-jin 3! Piccolo asks how he did that, and Gotenks says he doesn't know, and Piccolo must be really impressed by him. Gotenks looks in a mirror and says he doesn't like how evil it makes him look, but then again, Piccolo's face is like that too. Then Gotenks says there's no time for small talk, screams, and opens up a hole. He and Piccolo hop through, and Gotenks tells Buu they're also out. Buu says it's glad, and notices he's changed, and Gotenks says he's really, really strong now. Kaioushin-sama thinks that's what Fusion looks like, and Gokuu says no, it's SSJ3, and it took him years to master it, and the little dudes've already learned it. Piccolo asks Buu what happened to everyone, and it just rubs its stomach, saying they were yummy. Gotenks can't believe it ate them, and Buu says yep, after they became candy. Gotenks says he's really pissed now, and charges at the smug-looking Buu.
